§level: ValidationLevel§parallelism: usize§timeout_secs: u64§before_timeout_secs: Option<u64>The budget for a session’s before hook, when it must differ from timeout_secs.
A hook builds a whole package – ./gradlew assembleDebug, pnpm run build:all – while
timeout_secs bounds one snippet’s compiler invocation. Sharing one number means the only
way to give a cold build the minutes it needs is to give every snippet compile the same
minutes, which is how a runaway hook got a half-hour ceiling to run out. None keeps the
single-number behaviour. ~keep
