What a loaded component’s descriptor must match.

contract_name identifies which of a component’s provides entries this is for; contract_hash is that specific contract’s hash, not the component-wide legacy ComponentIdentity::contract_hash. A component that provides several contracts is loaded once per contract, each through its own entry point (see crate::ComponentManager::ensure_contract), so each load only ever validates one contract’s requirements.
