Field name in HTMHtmVisitorCallbacks (snake_case). Used for documentation.

java_method: &'static str

Java interface method name (camelCase).

doc: &'static str

Javadoc line.

extra: &'static [ExtraParam]

Extra parameters beyond NodeContext in the Java interface.

has_is_header: bool

If true, add boolean isHeader (only visit_table_row).
