Physical operator for SET — updates properties on matched rows.
All items of a SET clause are evaluated against the SAME pre-update
snapshot of the table, then written (atomic semantics, P53.17). This means
SET n.a = n.a + 1, n.b = n.a * 10 computes both RHS values from the
pre-update n.a, matching Cypher/Neo4j behavior.
