Partitioner — splits input DataChunks into fixed-size morsels for parallelism.

Each morsel (batch of morsel_size rows) can be processed independently by downstream operators. The mapper uses this to distribute work across threads via Rayon.

A morsel size of 0 disables splitting (pass-through).
