§reason: QueueServiceReason

Taxonomy state recorded in the refusal.

§clock: Option<ExpiredClock>

Clock that expired, if any.

§waited: Duration

How long the refused dispatch waited.

§last_compatible_poller_age: Option<Duration>

Age of the last compatible poller at refusal time, if one was ever seen.
