Durable timer storage or history inspection failed.

Engine(EngineSeamError)

Engine seam operation failed.

Deadline(String)

A reserved deadline:{run_id} timer fired but could not be routed to a registered deadline handler (or the handler failed).

Never a silent generic fire: a deadline timer that reaches TimerService::fire_timer without a handler — or whose handler errors — surfaces here so the caller (live wheel or recover_due) observes the failure rather than recording a spurious TimerFired.
