False when this server has no \[worker_supervision\] policy.

remedy: Option<String>

The operator remedy, present exactly when commissioned is false.

workers: Vec<ManagedWorker>

undecodable: Vec<String>

Names of durable rows present but undecodable, supervised by nothing.

auto_provision: Vec<AutoWorker>

What auto-provision last decided about each task queue, ordered by queue.

This is where a queue that has NO worker says why. A deploy answers its own caller, but a decision taken at BOOT — a dark-outbox refusal on the assistant’s queue, say — has no caller to answer, and the operator asking “why is nothing serving this” hours later needs the reason still to be here.
