Author whose epoch is being revoked.

§revoked_epoch: u32

Epoch being revoked.

§reason: RevocationReason

Why the epoch is being revoked.

§effective_from_version: u64

Version number at which the revocation takes effect.

§master_signature: [u8; 64]

Ed25519 signature by the author’s master key over the canonical revocation message.
