Discriminator — always "aion.oci.config.v1".

format_version: u32

The .aion binary format version (currently 2).

file_id: u64

Mirrors AionFile.file_id.

created_at_version: u64

aion version at artifact creation time.

created_at: String

Informational RFC 3339 timestamp.
