Factory droid CLI subscription quota. The limits endpoint reports a usedPercent per window in two buckets — Standard and Droid Core — each with a 5-hour, a weekly and a monthly window. A window the account has not started still reports a percentage with windowEnd: null, so it is present with no reset; an absent window stays absent.
