Cloud session credits (the usage response’s iguana_necktie block). Both amounts are whole cents in USD — the wire is dollars, converted at the parse boundary so the snapshot, which derives Eq, stays integer.

remaining: Cents

expires_at: Option<DateTime<Utc>>

resets_at as RFC 3339. None when the wire omitted it or it does not parse.

locked: bool

locked_reason was a non-empty string: the grant exists but cannot currently be drawn on.
