"global" → api.minimax.io; "cn" → api.minimaxi.com. Unlike Moonshot’s, this does not change the unit — MiniMax reports quota as a percentage either way. It picks the instance: a key issued for one host is rejected by the other (status_code 2049), so pointing this at the wrong region reads as an invalid key rather than an empty plan.
