Fields

sql: String

One read-only SQL statement. Use aise db schema first to inspect tables and columns. For indexed content or regex search, prefer aise messages search. Use –limit 0 only when you really want all rows.

limit: Option<usize>

Maximum rows to return. Omit to use [db].query_limit from config. 0 = unlimited.

offset: usize

Skip this many rows after the SQL statement runs. Prefer SQL LIMIT/OFFSET for expensive queries; this is a CLI pagination convenience.

timeout_ms: Option<u64>

Interrupt the query after this many milliseconds. Omit to use the native [db].query_timeout_ms default, which is 0 (no timeout). MCP resolves its separate mcp.query_timeout_ms before reaching this typed query.

format: OutputFormat

Output format.
