Errors that escape recover_from_transcript. Most failure modes are surfaced under RecoverReport.errors rather than returned — see the function’s “Failure semantics” docstring. This enum carries only failures that can’t be made graceful (e.g., the DB-open path failed before any report could be built).

DB connection could not be established.

InvalidOpts(String)

Invalid RecoverOpts (e.g., conflicting --since + explicit timestamps in --transcript).
