The UUID of the skill to load with composed reflections.

budget_tokens: Option<u64>

Optional token cap on the cumulative reflection content (skill body is NOT counted). Default 4000 inside the substrate; hard- clamped to 32000.

json: bool

Emit a structured JSON envelope (default).
