#1579 B8 — corpus scale. None keeps the legacy default workload (~500 rows after per-op seeding) and the legacy budgets; Some(rows) seeds a scratch corpus of rows rows into the bench namespace before the operations run and gates the verdict against the SCALE_BUDGETS table instead.
