memory_id: String

Memory id, or "*" for a list/sweep operation that touches many rows (forget, export, consolidate-many, etc.).

namespace: String

Memory namespace at the time of the action.

title: Option<String>

Memory title at the time of the action. Capped at 200 chars and stripped of newlines to prevent log-injection. Title is not content; titles are advisory labels by design (memory.content is the secret payload and is never emitted).

tier: Option<String>

Memory tier (short | mid | long) at action time.

scope: Option<String>

Memory metadata.scope at action time.
