Claude

Claude Code (and Codex, which uses the same contract): hookSpecificOutput.additionalContext at SessionStart.

Antigravity

Google Antigravity: injectSteps with a systemMessage at SessionStart. Its payloads name the conversation conversationId.

Without --host: Antigravity exports ANTIGRAVITY_CONVERSATION_ID to every hook it runs (verified with agy 1.4.3); anything else answers in Claude Code’s contract, as before.
