Everything a caller can say. Each field is None when not given; the binary fills them from flags and environment, tests fill them directly. Where an explicit value physically came from. Provenance for humans debugging an upgrade, never an authorization signal: precedence is decided by resolve exactly as before, whatever the origin.

Best-effort attribution of a clap value that may come from a flag or an environment variable. clap does not say which one won, but it resolves flag-over-environment; so a value equal to the live environment variable is attributed to the environment. The one ambiguous case — a flag typed with exactly the environment’s value — is attributed to the environment, which is harmless because both are the same value.
