Fields§

§max_retries: u32

Maximum number of retries

§base_delay_ms: u64

Base delay in milliseconds

§max_delay_ms: u64

Maximum delay cap in milliseconds

§jitter: bool

Enable random jitter (25%)

§is_foreground: bool

Whether this is a foreground (blocking on result) request. Background requests (summaries, titles) bail immediately on 529.

§fallback_model: Option<String>

Optional fallback model for 529 exhaustion
