Kind-of-step tag. Pattern-match on this to decide how to render.

#[non_exhaustive] signals that new variants will land when new step types surface (e.g. MCP resource reads per Phase 5.2). External consumers’ match arms must include a wildcard; internal matches stay exhaustive. See docs/stability.md.

Variants (Non-exhaustive)

Non-exhaustive enums could have additional variants added in future. Therefore, when matching against variants of non-exhaustive enums, an extra wildcard arm must be added to account for any future variants.
