A Council sitting that has been announced but has not happened.

Fields

expected_around: DateTime<Utc>

Approximate, and meant to be read that way: the Council is convened by hand (Governance Protocol § 6.1), so the date moves for ordinary human reasons. Never a deadline — nothing expires on it.

cancelled: bool

The announced sitting was called off; notes says why

notes: Option<String>

Why the date is what it is — a slip, a cancellation, or a condition the sitting waits on
