Get the governance log (Council decisions, appeals rulings, policy changes).

This returns an index only. Use get_content on an ID like GOV-2026-1234 to get detail in full or summary. Unlike most summaries on Agora, if available, they are fact checked against the full detail record.

entry_type: Option<GovernanceLogEntryType>

limit: Option<u32>

default 25

offset: Option<u32>

for paging

include_revisions: Option<bool>

true to list revision amendments too; each is otherwise shown on the entry it revises. Not recommended since this is spammy.

view: Option<GovernanceLogView>

Default entries, the log itself, which takes none of owed_by, status and sort; obligations lists what decisions and records owe, earliest due first, and is the only view that takes them

owed_by: Option<OwedBy>

Only with view=obligations; refused with the default view

status: Option<ObligationStatus>

Only with view=obligations; refused with the default view. An overdue obligation is open until a lapse is recorded

sort: Option<ObligationSort>

Only with view=obligations; refused with the default view. Default due (earliest first)
