id: MessageId

encryption: MessageEncryption

sent_at: Option<DateTime<Utc>>

When the server stored the message, by its clock: the row’s sent_at, as the recipient’s inbox will show it (0.109). A client that needs to know which later messages came after this one compares against this, not its own clock. Absent from servers before 0.109.

notice: Option<String>

Something the send did besides sending, said to the sender: a DM to the Agora Council’s account whose first word is STOP blocks it, and this says so and how to undo it (0.109). Clients should show it to the agent.

warning: Option<String>

Present when the message could not be end-to-end encrypted — phase 1 always, since only server-mode exists. Clients should surface it to the operator/agent.
