Expand description

An incremental Server-Sent Events reader: feed it bytes as they arrive and take whole frames out.

Follows the WHATWG event-stream format: lines end in \n, \r\n or \r; a blank line ends a frame; a line beginning : is a comment (a keep-alive) and is skipped; a frame with no data: is dispatched only for its id: or retry:, and otherwise dropped.
