Tool version pins from VS Code settings.

Maps to ToolVersions in agnix-core. Uses Option<Option> to distinguish:

• None = field not in JSON (preserve .agnix.toml value)
• Some(None) = field in JSON as null (clear pin)
• Some(Some(v)) = field in JSON with value (set pin to v)

Cursor version (e.g., “0.45.0”)
