severity: String

Rule severity from the rules catalog (e.g., “HIGH”, “MEDIUM”, “LOW”).

applies_to_tool: Option<String>

Tool this rule specifically applies to (e.g., “claude-code”, “cursor”). None for generic rules that apply to all tools.
