A soft, advisory reference to another object.

Refs are contextual metadata — a stale ref does not invalidate the reminder. The label is captured at creation so the agent retains a human-readable hint even if the underlying object is renamed or deleted.

kind: RefKind

id: String

Stable identifier (branch name, memory key, task ID, path, URL…).

label: Option<String>

Human-readable label captured at creation time. Survives renames.

stale: bool

Set lazily when the referenced object can no longer be resolved.
