§engine: SharedEngine§db_path: PathBuf§audit_log_path: Option<PathBuf>

Optional audit log path. When Some, /api/v1/audit reads events from this JSONL file; otherwise the endpoint returns an empty list with a configured: false flag.

§events: Arc<EventHub>

Live-events hub backing /api/v1/events (SSE). Spawns its poller lazily on the first subscriber — see events::EventHub.
