Result of gather_prior_thinking — entries projected to JSON + metadata summary explaining what was scanned, what surfaced, and what was filtered.

Fields

entries: Value

The projected entries object (hypotheses/mental_models/ open_questions/failed_attempts arrays). Value::Null when nothing surfaced — distinct from {}, lets callers omit the field cleanly. Use summary.surfaced > 0 as the boolean check.

summary: ThinkingSummary

Always-emitted metadata. Even when entries is Null, the summary tells the agent WHY (see module docs).
