Plan T t-007: total non-empty lines read from the file. Always equals imported + skipped_up_to_date + skipped_unknown_qname + skipped_parse_error — surfaced so callers can spot silent drops without doing the arithmetic themselves.

skipped_up_to_date: usize

Records the store already holds at the same or a newer revision. Not a drop: importing them would have replaced newer data (an entry updated in place since the last export) with the committed copy.
