Fields

content: String

Content of the scratch note (markdown OK).

symbol: Option<String>

Scope to a symbol by qualified name (resolved to symbol_id).

workflow: Option<String>

Named investigation context (e.g. “tracing-sync-bug”).

tags: Vec<String>

One or more tags. Can be repeated: --tag perf --tag regression.

ttl: Option<String>

Time-to-live: 24h, 7d, 30d etc. When not set, no expiry.

json: bool

Emit JSON instead of human-readable output.
