pub struct ActorView {
pub actor: String,
pub basis: String,
}Expand description
A person (or a channel) on a run’s record, with what established the name.
Two fields rather than one string, because they are two facts and
I14 forbids flattening control state into prose: an
operator reading alice needs to know whether an authenticator said so or
whether somebody holding the store typed it, and a rendered
alice (asserted) is a sentence a client would have to parse back.
