pub struct Cancellation {
pub actor: Operator,
pub reason: String,
}Expand description
A durable request that a run stop.
Carries the asker’s name because an intervention with nobody attached to it
is an outage, not oversight — the same rule a human decision follows. The
name travels as an Operator so that what
established it travels with it: the same request arrives from an
authenticated API caller and from somebody holding the store, and a reader
of the record cannot tell those apart from a string.
