A candidate bundle against what happened.

Against the recorded outcome, never against the recorded bundle re-evaluated: the question is what the candidate would have changed, and a run whose recorded bundle is not the supplied one still happened.

newly_denied: Vec<Finding>

Recorded permits the candidate’s rules refuse.

malformed_under_candidate: Vec<Finding>

Recorded permits the candidate cannot evaluate — refused at a live gate, but a defect in the rules rather than a rule firing.
