Expand description

What a consulted agent may do: the reach a reviewer approves along with the hand-off.

One level. The agents and peers the callee may consult in turn are named among its grants; their own reach is theirs to show where their runs ask. What the declaration permits, never what the callee is expected to do.

The capability the call consults.

§declaration: Option<DeclaredReach>

The declaration governing the agent that answers it — absent when none does, and then nothing about its reach can be stated.
