start: StringDisplay start (RFC 3339, or a date for all-day events).
end: StringDisplay end.
timezone: Option<String>IANA timezone; defaults to the calendar’s.
duration_mode: Option<DurationMode>How to interpret duration_value (defaults to the API’s).
recurrence: Option<Recurrence>Recurrence rule, to make the event a series.
