Returned from Tool::invoke and wrapped by ToolExecutionOutcome::Completed after the executor finishes permission checks and execution.

duration: Option<Duration>

Wall-clock time the tool took to run, if measured.

metadata: MetadataMap

Arbitrary key-value pairs for framework extensions.
