Maps to the items table and represents a single message/event in a conversation timeline.

Fields

id: String

Unique identifier for this item.

data: String

Item data stored as JSON text. Deserialized based on context (message, tool_call, etc.)

created_at: i64

Creation timestamp as Unix timestamp in seconds.

conversation_id: Option<String>

Optional conversation ID for grouping items.

seq: Option<i64>

Optional sequence number within conversation.
