The default durability CLASS for work (runs + subagent records): durable (the default — everything checkpoints and survives a restart) or ephemeral (nothing persists unless a workflow says durable: true / a spawn passes durable: true — the fast path for deployments that treat work as recomputable). The inbox, tasks, memory and credentials stay durable regardless.
