The field equals the segment.

Contains

The field contains the segment after Unicode lowercase conversion — so h2.look finds ## A Quick Look. Prose headings are long and get reworded; a memorable word out of one is a far steadier address than either its position or its full text.

Exactly one element must match. Several is DocumentError::AmbiguousMatch, never the first one.
