Parsed and normalized log filters (trimmed, lowercased, deduplicated).

Filters enable selective tracing output via --log flags. An empty set means no filtering (no logs emitted). The set “all” or “*” means all logs emitted. Otherwise, a log message is emitted iff its event name (lowercased) starts with any filter string.

Create a new LogFilters from filter strings. Entries are trimmed, lowercased, and de-duplicated; empty entries are dropped.

Check if an event should be logged based on these filters.

Returns false if empty (no logs). Returns true if contains “all” or “*”. Otherwise returns true iff the lowercased event name starts with any filter.
