Variants (Non-exhaustive)

Non-exhaustive enums could have additional variants added in future. Therefore, when matching against variants of non-exhaustive enums, an extra wildcard arm must be added to account for any future variants.

GitPatch

One or more diff --git sections in Git’s --patch (-p) text format.

Unlike Git, which writes paths relative to the repository root, every path MUST be absolute, including in rename from, rename to, copy from, and copy to lines, and MUST NOT have a prefix such as Git’s default a/ and b/. Otherwise paths follow Git: /dev/null names the missing side of an added or deleted file in the --- and +++ lines, and paths with unusual characters are quoted as Git quotes them. Surrounding commit metadata and email envelopes MUST NOT be included.

Other(String)

Custom or future patch format.

Values beginning with _ are reserved for implementation-specific extensions. Unknown values that do not begin with _ are reserved for future ACP variants.
