The values a caller bound to its own parameters.

Positional for ?, named for :name / @name / $name, and the two are not mixed: a statement is written one way or the other.

No parameters of the caller’s own.

Positional(Vec<Value>)

Values for the anonymous ? parameters, in the order they appear.

Named(Map<String, Value>)

Values by name. The key is the name without its prefix character, so { kind = "note" } answers :kind, @kind and $kind alike.
