How the Ed25519 mesh identity secret key is supplied.

Inline is a 64-hex literal. Env reads the named environment variable at run() start (CLI default uses AGENT_BLOCK_MESH_SECRET_KEY). Absence of any SecretKeySource (i.e. BlockConfig.secret_key = None) causes a random keypair to be generated, matching the prior behavior.
