Stream termination. finish_reason is the provider’s stop reason:

• "stop": natural completion
• "length": hit token limit (tool call args may be truncated)
• "tool_calls": model requested tool calls
• None: synthetic stop (e.g. [DONE] sentinel, stream closed)
