How far a /compact got.

Both arms arrive on a run that completed: a refused compaction is an answer, not an error, so it is reported rather than raised.

Variants (Non-exhaustive)

Non-exhaustive enums could have additional variants added in future. Therefore, when matching against variants of non-exhaustive enums, an extra wildcard arm must be added to account for any future variants.

Started

The agent has begun summarising. A UI can say so; nothing else follows until it finishes.

Finished

The summary is in place, or was refused with a reason.

Why not, when the agent said. Not enough messages to compact. is the common one.
