WaypointType

Enum WaypointType

Source
#[non_exhaustive]
pub enum WaypointType { Airport, Ndb, Vor, Int, IntVrp, User, }
Expand description

A Garmin waypoint type. Recognized values round-trip on export; an unknown type is coerced to USER WAYPOINT.

Variants (Non-exhaustive)§

This enum is marked as non-exhaustive
Non-exhaustive enums could have additional variants added in future. Therefore, when matching against variants of non-exhaustive enums, an extra wildcard arm must be added to account for any future variants.
§

Airport

AIRPORT.

§

Ndb

NDB.

§

Vor

VOR.

§

Int

INT (enroute intersection / fix).

§

IntVrp

INT-VRP (visual reporting point).

§

User

USER WAYPOINT (operator-defined lat/lon).

Implementations§

Source§

impl WaypointType

Source

pub fn as_str(self) -> &'static str

The schema string for this type.

Source

pub fn parse(value: &str) -> Option<Self>

Parse a schema string, None for an unknown value.

Source

pub fn nav_kind(self) -> NavPointKind

The closest NavPointKind; airports map to airports, navaids to navaids, everything else to a generic waypoint.
