Expand description

Typed server instruction accompanying every synchronization response.

Variants§

§

Continue

Reconcile this normal incremental response.

§

UpgradeRequired

This client protocol falls outside the server compatibility window.

Fields

§minimum: ProtocolVersion

Oldest protocol accepted by the server.

§current: ProtocolVersion

Current protocol emitted by the server.

§

ResyncRequired

Discard incremental progress only through the normal atomic bootstrap flow.

Fields

§reason: ResyncReason

Stable reason suitable for application policy and diagnostics.

§

AuthorityChanged

The authority timeline advanced and incremental replay must freeze before rebootstrap.

Fields

§authority_id: AuthorityId

Logical authority that owns the replacement timeline.

§previous_epoch: AuthorityEpoch

Epoch supplied by the rejected client cursor.

§current_epoch: AuthorityEpoch

Current epoch that must be bootstrapped.
